Your All-Seeing Eye
With next generation 2K QHD 1440p resolution and 360-degree views, the DCS-8635LH can capture everything within its sight in extremely high detail.
Intruders Beware
The DCS-8635LH is equipped with rapid motorized panning and auto tracks any person lurking in the area to let them know someone is watching. Auto patrol can also be scheduled to periodically scan the perimeter for suspicious activity.
Extreme Weather Endurance
With an operating tolerance of -25 - 45┬░C (-4 - 113┬░F) you can check up on whatΓÇÖs happening in your outdoor area during the harshest winter temperatures and the most blistering summer heat waves. No longer will you need to worry if your cameraΓÇÖs frozen over or been damaged by the heat.
High Efficiency Video Coding
The latest industry standard allows for higher quality video recording, longer recording time and massively reduced bandwidth and storage consumption.
Vehicle Detection
Lets you know when loved ones are home or when someone suspicious has pulled up to the driveway.
Always on Point
The DCS-8635LH uses Panorama View Angle Selection, so you can point it at any target in the field of view with one touch. Now you can jump to specific areas with pinpoint accuracy, keeping intruders, pets, and other moving targets in sight.
Smarter, More Relevant Alerts
The DCS-8635LH comes with edge-based person detection which intelligently identifies human motion, minimizing false triggers and alarms. No longer will you receive notifications every time a bug flies by or trees sway in the wind. Only capture motion that matters, as it happens.
Glass-Break detection adds a new line of defense to your home surveillance.
The DCS-8635LH is one of the worldΓÇÖs first Smart Home cameras with an integrated glass break detector. If glass is broken, youΓÇÖll be notified immediately to keep your home and your loved ones safe if potential danger is near.
Hear and Be Heard
With a built-in microphone and speaker, you can make your presence felt even when youΓÇÖre not around. Hear live audio from your cameraΓÇÖs live view and speak into your mobile device to broadcast audio live to the scene to let whoever you can see know youΓÇÖre watching, whether theyΓÇÖre meant to be there or not.
ONVIF Compliant for the Prosumer in You
Support for ONVIF Profile T lets you easily record video streams to your ONVIF compliant NVR, VMS or NAS system for centralized viewing or continuous, 24/7 recording. Not only that, but you can also use an ONVIF compliant device to control your cameraΓÇÖs setting without using the mydlink app.
The Future of Wireless Encryption
One of the biggest concerns with IoT devices and Wi-Fi networks is privacy. The DCS-8635LH features the latest WPA3 encryption. It's the most advanced Wi-Fi Alliance security standard available and begins a new era of wireless encryption, ensuring greater privacy throughout usersΓÇÖ devices and networks.
Your Footage, Your Choice
The DCS-8635LH lets you record snapshots and video clips to the Cloud for anytime access. Play back recordings from the Cloud or download footage to your mobile device from anywhere, anytime. Alternatively, store your footage directly to a microSD card. With support for a whopping 256 GB you can save days-on-end of footage. It also cleverly records over your old footage, leaving you with one less thing to worry about.
